Custom make items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. If the garment appears faulty, contact will need to be made with us within 30 days of purchasing and not worn in any way.
Naracoorte Print & Embroidery will arrange delivery of all Products to the Customer using a delivery method/carrier as selected by The Naracoorte Print & Embroidery. A Buyer must not arrange its own courier to collect the Products from Naracoorte Print & Embroidery unless agreed in writing. The Customer may choose to pick up their Order in Store if they bring a printed copy of the receipt.
